Proverbs Thirty One: Thirty

Saturday was my birthday.

That morning I was greeted in bed by my husband with some cereal and then later by Breyton and some donuts.  Yum.  All three of us spent a little time eating donuts and watching cartoons in bed together.  So sweet.

Then Jon informed me that instead of just giving me my presents, he hid them in places that they would normally be and I would come across them through my day.  The first thing were these beautiful roses on the table.

We had lunch my family in Loveland, including both my brothers, which is kind of a miracle.  It was nice to spend time with all of them!

I came across some Peanut M&M's in my purse  :)  Yum, my favorite!  Then at home I discovered a small cheesecake in the fridge!

After lunch, we all took a nice nap.  Very nice.  Later, I discovered an ironing board in the basement by my sewing stuff.  I know you're saying, "an ironing board? Really?"  But, I don't have one and so when I do sewing stuff, I have to lug out all my stuff and iron on the kitchen counter or dining room table.  So, yes, I was excited :)

Later, Lindsay came over with her boyfriend, Adam, and babysat Breyton while we went out.  We went to Furniture Row to look for a new end table and a dresser for Breyton.  Didn't really find a whole lot.  Then we went to Hibachi for dinner since I had a birthday coupon for there.  It was super tasty!  We rented a movie on the way home and spent the evening watching it and just hanging out.
