Mom, I love you! Happy Mother's Day!What my mom has taught me... How to:
- Stir cookie dough by hand with a fork; sift flour with a knife.
- Gift wrap.
- Hospital corners.
- Fold laundry; fold towels a "certain" way, facing one direction. (I remember one time when I was younger when you re-did all the towels because they weren't all the same! I so relate now!)
- Love to sing. I love harmonizing with you!
- Cook. I love calling and asking how to make something!
- Sew.
- Write a great resume.
- Plant and garden.
- Clean bathrooms :) Why didn't the boys ever pick up on that one??
- Make taco shells! Yum!
- Take care of kids; raise them with boundaries.
- Manage money.
- Dance around the house to music (remember bandanna's?).
- The importance of family.
- Drive stick-shift.
- Realize that sometimes you just need to take time out for some french fries and a shake!
- Be organized.
- Be a perfectionist.
- Have a heart for people.
- How to "start" ice cream cones!
Mom, I just wanted you to know that I would not be the person I am today without you in my life! I'm so glad our friendship has been restored to what it is today! I am always thankful for you and for you in my life!

I love you sweetie! With all my heart. Being your mom has been my greatest gift. God gave me my most precious gifts and that is entrusting his precious children with ME. ME... WOW! What a huge task! I know i've made so many mistakes along the way... but look at you... YOU are PERFECT. But... not because of me... but because of God's AMAZING grace. You too, have been a huge inspiration and teacher for me; and... not to mention INSPIRATION!I love you with all my heart and thank God for allowing me to be YOUR mom! Thanks for making my day most special! I love you! Mom :)
